    Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as somatic exercises to reduce stress, mindfulness exercises and helping to process other areas in your life besides physical health.

FAQs

  • I will ask you to sign a contract at the beginning of the coaching relationship to establish healthy boundaries and for you to commit to yourself. It is in your best interest to take that commitment seriously.

    However, if something comes up to prevent you from coaching sessions you will have a couple of choices to proceed:

    1) You will have the opportunity to freeze your coaching program and start at a later date.

    Although I HIGHLY recommend you complete the full 12 Week program consecutively for the best results.

    2) If you paid your fees upfront and decide to fully cancel, you will receive a prorated refund deducting a $50 good faith deposit plus any weekly sessions you have used ($45 per session). For example if you have attended two sessions you would receive $410 refund.

    3) If you are on a payment plan the plan will cease and you will receive a prorate refund for unused sessions at $45 a session.

  • Given the uniqueness of each client and their circumstances it is hard to say definitely what we will cover in your 12 Week program as it will be tailored to your bio-individual needs.

    However the structure of the program is as follows:

    Week 1-3: Reclaim - We will go over certain hindrances to your health and begin to come up with a plan of action. Much of this time will be spent assessing the past.

    Week 4-6: Respond - We will keep working through hindrances, assess the plan as we go and observe the changes and triggers that may come up.

    Week 6-9: Restore - This is when we will see the most change as the daily decisions you have made will start to show in your physical and mental health, we continue to foster consistency.

    Week 9-12: Return - You have cultivated new healthy habits in your day to day life that are making you feel more full of energy, less reactive, more reflective. We go over your program together and reflect on the progress you have made, we celebrate and make a plan for consistency moving forward. We also go over your letter to self from the beginning of the program and cry together!

  • If you and your coach agree that further coaching is needed or if you aren’t ready to go out on your own yet, we can discuss continued coaching at a monthly rate. However this option is only available for those who have completed the 12 Week program.

  • Absolutely not!

    The aim of health coaching is to cultivate a healthy lifestyle that will bring balance to your levels and hopefully avoid any diagnosis for you!

    However if you do have a chronic illness, autoimmune disease or metabolic diagnosis, I am happy to work with you and your doctor to help you implement special protocol for your area of need. I am not a doctor, nor do I claim to be, I am trained in lifestyle coaching - nutrition, exercise, stress relief, sleep assistance, an ear to listen etc My role is to come alongside you and any care team you already have and work together with them rather than in spite of them. I am not anti-medicine by any stretch and believe that with the right nutrition and small changes we can see real change and improvement in quality of life for those afflicted by illness.

  • Unfortunately not, this may change in the future but currently health insurance does not cover health coaching.

    I do however offer a monthly payment plan for my coaching program to help with the financial side of things.
